Commission: Open
By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to abide by these rules.
1. General- Artist reserve the right to decline any commission orders without further explaination.- You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.- Only participate in any transaction with me if you are over the age of 18, and are able to pay of your own ability (have your own PayPal account, credit card, etc.). I will not issue invoices to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.
2. Uses and credits- These commission pricing are for non-commercial usage only. For commercial purposes further discussion will be required.- Artist retains the rights to the artwork and will publish the artwork on social medias and portfolios without further notices.- For client wishing to delay the publication of the artwork until a certain date (birthday gift, surprise, etc...) please notify in advance.- For client wishing to keep the artwork private, there will be an additional fee of 15 percent of the artwork's price.- Any thumbnails, WIP, finished artworks etc.. created must not be used for any other usage other than the process of commissioning me, even if the commission is cancelled for any reasons.- All of my artworks are prohibited from being used in NFTs, AI and other similar technologies then, now and in the future.
3. Payment and Refund- Artist will only start working on the commission once the upfront payment has been made.- Artist retain the rights to cancel and make full refund at anytime.- Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if the artist take more than 4 months from the day of the payment without progress.- In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.- Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has been started, and you are allowed to keep the commission files sent.
4. WorkflowSketch -> Line + Color Guide -> Render- Each stage will have a maximum of 3 revisions. Additional revisions will require extra fees. The revisions must not affect over 30% overall composition of the artwork.- The progress thumbnails by default will be send 3 times, each corresponding to each stage above. The client can request for more WIP thumbnails during the process.- Works will take around 3 weeks to 4 months depends on the complexity of the works, queue, etc...- Rush deadline of less than 3 weeks must be discussed beforehand and will require additional fee of 100 percent of the artwork's price.- Please have clear high resolution visual references available, commission with only text-based descriptions will be declined unless stated otherwise. Do not send AI images as reference.- Client can change ideas and references before the start of the commission. Please ask beforehand if I have started on your commission yet.- Finished work will be delivered as high quality png images through email or google drive. The artwork posted on social media will have watermark.- For revisions of finished images please contact me 48 hours after the high quality files were send. After this time period the commission will be considered finished and any revision will require additional fee.

Plain/1 color background is free. More complex background is $40+ depends on complexity
